To Autumn and her Family

I never have met you personally. But, I heard about you from your Aunt Mitzi and have met your Mom Cindy several times. I wanted to write to say how Sorry I am to hear about what has happened. I know your family and friends will never get over your not being there with them. Please watch over them-- they still Need You! Now more than ever!

Alan Whiteside Our Prayers will be with you and your family September 25, 2010
Autumn, though we never met in person at the Winery, it was that first call to me so many years ago that I have remembered through the years including our last email and conversation late July/August this past summer when you called with the latest information on the new wines being released. Autumn, may the Lords Peace Be with You and All Your Family. You will be missed

We are shocked to hear the news of Autumn's death.  We first met Autumn right after she started working for the winery.  Over the years she became a part of our family through her phone calls.  Autumn knew exactly what wines we liked and only called when she had something of interest to us.  Recently we told Autumn that we were going to visit the winery in 2011 with friends who will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.  She was so excited over seeing us again and about having a chance to give our friends a memorable visit to the winery.  We had been counting the days until we would once again see and spend some time with Autumn.  She had a way of making everone feel very special.  Our deepest condolances to Autumn's family.  We will keep the family, especially her husband and children, in our prayers.  Autumn will be greatly missed.

So sorry for the loss, I met Autumn a few times at the winery plus we had years of phone visits. We had a bond as we both have ties to Kansas.

She was always a bright voice and a positive light whenever we visited. Her knowledge of wines and friendship through the winery were very special. I always enjoyed having time to visit with her. She always spoke of her family and showed great love for her children and such pride with everthing they did. She will be a great loss to her family, I will pray that her light lives on in her children. I pray for your family and the support of angels to get you through these hard times.

My, what a tragic loss not only for her family but all the people in the wine business. She truly was a joy to work with. Altho we never met I felt as tho I had known her forever. W wonderful Lady with a great spirit and outlook on life. A true gem. Your wine co. has lost wonderful lady. Fun, warm and just plain wonderful. I am much saddened by this news. It sure wont make me look forward to the wine calls as I once did. With warm thoughts and a hug for all, Betsy Stone, tubac, az.
rick levin in honor of you September 15, 2010
autumn, i "met" you only a few times over the phone, following an introduction thru eric mclaughlin. while we discussed pinot noir and resveratrol, what those conversations were really about, for me, was your smile, enthusiasm, spirit, goodwill and of course perfect professionalism that made you feel so alive even through the phone. i can't believe you are gone, but just in a few moments of time, you did touch me, and in honor of you, and your beautiful family, i will do everything i can to keep alive all of the magic that you brought to your family, your friends and your business even if you, impossibly, are not here. 9/15/10 rick levin

It was with great shock and sadness that I read Jim Bernau's e-mail this morning. Even though I never met Autumn, she touched lives as far away as Atlanta. I always enjoyed talking to Autumn. Her passing lets us know again just how fragile and quickly our lives pass. I will miss her and her family and friend will be in my thoughts and prayers
Diane Gaboriault Prayers September 15, 2010

To Autum's family - I have spoken to Autumn on the phone for her 11 years.  I looked forward to her calls.  We always took at least 15 to 20 minutes to catch up on each others lives and I loved to hear how all her kids were doing.  I feel very blessed that I had an opportunity to meet her this past July in person after 11 years when I was out there on a business trip.  I was met with the biggest hug and smile!!  She was a wonderful person and a very big kind heart.  I will miss her deeply and my prayers go to your entire family!

Kathie Stephens-Landers God bless you! September 15, 2010
I only got to know Autumn through her affiliation with the winery.  But we chatted on the phone so many times over the years, exchanged many emails, and finally got to meet about six years back when I was in the Salem area.  We shared many tales of our lives, family, friends, over those years.  While certainly not a close friend or family member, I feel extremely blessed to have known Autumn.  I learned to admire her unending dedication to her family, friends, and her faith in God.  My heart goes out to all of her friends and family in this time of sorrow.  Know she's in a better place.
